Most data processing services are being done offshore where we have over 4,500 data entry and highly trained technical personnel. As a result, we can offer competitive pricing due to our cost-effective offshore labor pools in the Philippines. We can guarantee quick turnaround time because of the advance time difference of 12 hours. As we sleep in North America, they work and as we wake up in the morning, jobs are delivered to your receiving directory. Incidentally, the Philippines is still 3 hours ahead than other popular offshore site countries. Notwithstanding the time difference of twelve (12) hours, works on all projects can be done immediately and the results can be sent through the Internet via high-speed lines.

Our workforce can handle large volume projects as well as rush jobs because of the availability of three (3) work shifts daily that can work seven (7) days a week. We have fourteen (14) different work sites (3 buildings owned and 11 leased) in fourteen (14) different locations. We have 1 STM and 3 DS3 Carriers which is equivalent to 132 E1 lines from four (4) major carriers. We have strong relationships with upstream providers that enable us to activate bandwidth in a short time frame. Our campus backbone is a 20 mbps intranet while our LAN is at 10/100 gigabit. All our work facilities are designed to secure data confidentiality and are equipped with security access procedures. Data security is always assured.
