Our system runs on a firewall protected server which manages the movement of data from the client’s server to our server. Our servers are built with fault tolerant mirrored drives to protect us from any form of failures. We maintain a standby power generator set and UPS to protect us from power interruption or outages. Data communication is encrypted by 128 SSL or 256 AES encryption, thus the interception of data is not likely to happen. Password authentication is provided to access any data. Our secured air conditioned facilities are guarded 24/7/365 by uniformed security personnel.

Our medical transcription services are process in our highly secured facilities and we do not sub contract our work to third parties. We are HIPAA compliant; therefore our security and privacy policy guarantees the security of our patient’s health information. Our staffs are required to sign privacy agreements and we regularly review our technical procedures to make sure that our systems meet current security requirements. Authentication and encryption is applied to all transfers of data to comply with HIPAA requirements.

Data security and delivery format is always of prime importance which we consider in all our projects. Despite having fourteen (14) production facilities, one of these facilities is always vacant but infrastructure ready. This means that should any of our facilities experience any form of interruption, that vacant facility will always be ready to accommodate the movement of staff assigned to a particular project.
