Quality and accuracy is a never ending learning process. Modesty aside, our quality rate is almost 99.8% although we only claim a modest rating of 98% because we always strive to learn and improve while we nurture our relationship with our client. Included in our production standard process are key verification, validation, correction and audit. Then, this is followed up by continuous feedback from our clients.
