A.  INBOUND CALL HANDLING

1-800 Help Desk Support.  We can provision 1-800 numbers and direct all incoming calls from the PSTN to our facilities in the Philippines.  Locally-based CSRs will handle all queries real-time based on the workflow specifications and scripts provided by the client.  Complete customer care satisfaction from point of contact to call resolution.

Technical Support.  Clients needing technical people adept in various hardware, software and network technologies may outsource their technical FAQs, installation, set-up as well as basic troubleshooting needs to us.  We may act as 1st Level Support and route calls needing 2nd level back to the site.

Product Order Taking.  We may customize CRM programs or interface on the existing client database for product order taking, product inventory and order tracking.

B.  OUTBOUND CALL SERVICES

Credit and Collections Support.  We can take on clients who want to outsource their back office operations such as billing and accounting and we may also do the collection thru credit card payments over the telephone on their behalf.

Database Updating.  Based on the list provided by the client, CSRs will initiate call, secure correct contact information and update client’s database.

Tele Survey.  Utilizing a defined survey form that can come in either hard copy questionnaire or software based encoding, CSRs conduct surveys, census or similar activities.  The client supplies the questions and survey design.

Depending on the project requirement, we maintain two (2) provisions in handling call center proposals. If the project entails a small requirement, our 25 seater call center facility will be task to serve one time programs. If the projects entails a minimum of 100 seats, the project will be handled by our alliance partner, Ventus. Owned and operated by ePLDT, Ventus has over 6,000 work stations and has multiple contact centers in Metro Manila and Metro Iloilo. Our Ventus contact centers can handle Inbound Customer Care, Technical Support, Inbound and Outbound Sales and Back Office Processing. The industries we currently serve are in consumer electronics, consumer retail, computer hardware manufacturing, entertainment, financial services, hotel reservations, on-line procurement, wireless communication and government-immigration.
