The offshore service bureau and subsidiary of CASTECH DATA SERVICES INC. is PARTEC PHILS. INC., a Philippine registered corporation established since 1985 and presently ranks number two in the service industry of data processing. Our subsidiary has a total work force of over 4,500 personnel comprising as follows:

  1. 400+ Transcription Service personnel
  2. 70+ Computer Programmers and Maintenance personnel
  3. 70+ Abstractors
  4. 3,000+ Data Entry Operators
  5. 500+ Document Mark-Up and Coding
  6. 30 Document Scanning and OCR Translation
  7. 10 Microfilming
  8. 30 Mailroom

Our offshore service bureau has existed since 1985 and most of our clients come from the United States and Europe. We are equipped with sophisticated computers, scanners, laser printers, Internet connection via satellite, a frame relay to the U.S. Internet and other types of equipment using popular software and platform programs utilized by most companies today.

We have 1 STM and three (3) DS3 which is equivalent to 132 E1 lines from four (4) major carriers. This bandwidth capacity is equivalent to 177,000 hours of audio and approximately 42 million images downloadable per day.
